Company Milestone

Sustainable Solutions in Investment Casting Production

history
2025
(Present)

ICAST has solidified its position as a "one-stop shop," providing everything from 3D Prototyping and Reverse Engineering to final precision machining. Member of the Investment Casting Institute.

2024
Global Recognition & Future Frontiers

ICAST expanded its export, reaching over 17 export customers across five countries. Their focus shifted toward high-performance super-alloys (Nickel and Cobalt-based) for the energy and mining sectors.

2023
Growth Story

The portfolio grew to over 1,800 developed tools. The company gained recognition for its expertise in "Large Castings" (up to 25 inches/68 kg), a feat typically reserved for much larger foundries.

2022
Technological Advancement

ICAST commissioned an in-house, fully automated Electric Heat Treatment furnace with a 2000 kg capacity. This integration ensured total control over the mechanical properties of their castings.

2021
Casting Simulation

The company invested in Casting Simulation Software (Solidification Modeling). This technological leap allowed them to predict casting defects digitally, drastically reducing "trial and error" time and improving lead times for complex aerospace and defense parts.

2020
Resilience & Specialized Expertise

Despite global supply chain disruptions, ICAST pivoted to support essential sectors, including Firefighting equipment and Medical implants. They successfully secured ISI certification for several firefighting hydrant assemblies.

2019
Benchmark

ICAST achieved critical quality benchmarks, securing ISO 9001:2015 certification. This allowed the firm to begin serving Tier-1 automotive suppliers and the industrial valve market with high-fidelity, near-net-shape components.

2018
Capacity Building

The company expanded its metallurgical scope to include Non-Ferrous alloys, specifically focusing on Aluminum Bronze and Copper-based castings for the pump and valve industries.

2017
Operational Launch

The company officially registered for GST in July 2017 and began operations at its facility in Metoda GIDC. The initial focus was on establishing a state-of-the-art "lost-wax" precision casting line for stainless steel and carbon steel components.

2016
The Foundation

Incorporation: ICAST ALLOYS LLP was officially incorporated on December 14, 2016, in Rajkot, Gujarat—a global hub for investment casting.
