ICAST has solidified its position as a "one-stop shop," providing everything from 3D Prototyping and Reverse Engineering to final precision machining. Now a member of the Investment Casting Institute, the company continues to pioneer "Green Metallurgy" practices to reduce the carbon footprint of its Rajkot manufacturing hub.
ICAST expanded its export footprint, reaching over 17 export customers across five countries. Their focus shifted toward high-performance super-alloys (Nickel and Cobalt-based) for the energy and mining sectors.
The portfolio grew to over 1,800 developed tools. The company gained recognition for its expertise in "Large Castings" (up to 25 inches/68 kg), a feat typically reserved for much larger foundries.
ICAST commissioned an in-house, fully automated Electric Heat Treatment furnace with a 2000 kg capacity. This integration ensured total control over the mechanical properties of their castings, particularly for high-stress applications like pump impellers.

We deliver "Near-Net Shape" components with incredibly tight tolerances (standard $+- 0.1 \text{ mm}$). This precision ensures that parts are nearly ready for assembly the moment they leave the mold, minimizing the need for expensive secondary machining.
Our ceramic shell process achieves a superior as-cast surface finish (typically 125 RMS or better). This is ideal for industries like medical and food processing, where smooth, non-porous surfaces are critical for hygiene and performance.
