Our team consists of highly qualified and trained employees with years of experience in casting industry .For continius improvement , it is mandatory for all our employes to undergo annual assessment training as a pert of our ISO norms and core belief. With a total staff of 85 people and average age of 32 years ,11 qualified  engineers , 8 supervisors with average experience of 15 years of foundry experience ,our team has the enthusiam of young and the wisdom of old . Headed by Mr Jamnadas Viroja  (30 years of exp.) and Parag Viroja (20 years of exp.) , ICAST has strong foundations and with such youing and talented company we dont shy away from any job be it Big & small, in any volume be it high or low.
